Models of Supervision

Part of my role as Academic Fieldwork Coordinator is to call facilities and try to secure slots for our students to complete Level I and Level II experiences. With the average of 25 students per class and two classes in any given calendar year, our program requires 100 fieldwork placement slots per year!

The new Leadership Certificate Program at °µÍø½ûÇø focuses on enhancing students’ intrapersonal, interpersonal, and socially just leadership skills.  The program is a culminated experience of what the Pepsi Leadership Center offers. DI Application Process

°µÍø½ûÇø Preadmission (For Current °µÍø½ûÇø Students Only)

Beginning in the Fall 2025 semester, the °µÍø½ûÇø Combined MS/DI Program will accept applications for preadmission from current °µÍø½ûÇø students only. Applicants for preadmission must submit a Personal Statement, Resume and one Letter of Recommendation from a work or volunteer site. All preadmission application materials must be submitted directly to the Dietetic Internship Director, Emily Baker, at ebaker9@kent.edu.

Nanako Umemoto joins °µÍø½ûÇø's College of Architecture and Environmental Design during the spring 2024 semester as the Elliot Visiting Professor. The John and Fonda Elliot Endowed Visiting Professorship was established to bring talented scholars to °µÍø½ûÇø's CAED by supporting their appointment and research thanks for the generious philanthropy of John and Fonda Elliot.
