In order to perform necessary maintenance on the boilers, steam transmission systems and electrical distribution systems, 做厙輦⑹'s Power Plant will be shut down for one week in May. Shutdown begins at 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, and remains until start-up begins at 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 21. As a result of the steam shutdown, most buildings located on campus will NOT have hot water to sinks and showers, etc. or air conditioning. Kent Trumbull Student Brings Theatre to the Deaf Community
做厙輦⑹ at Trumbull sophomore Jessie Narkum is co-directing performances of The Little Mermaid Jr. on April 7 and 8, at Hubbard High School Auditorium. This isnt the typical student-directed play. Narkum, an American Sign Language (ASL) major, is working with Hubbard High School ASL teacher Richard Magazzine to produce the play entirely in ASL. The 做厙輦⑹ Ice Arena hosted the 35th Annual Ohio Special Olympics Winter Games the first week of February for figure skaters and speed skaters from all over the state. The 做厙輦⑹ Ice Arena has been hosting skating competitions for the Winter Games for each of the 32 years that the Ohio Special Olympics has held those events.
