  1. Fill out Personal Training paperwork. 
    Return completed paperwork to the Fitness & Wellness Services Desk or
    the Welcome Desk (when FitWell is not open).
  2. Pay for Fitness Assessment / Personal Training Sessions. 
    It is recommended that new clients start with the Personal Training Quick
    Start Package, which includes the Fitness Assessment and (3) 1-hour training sessions, but this is not mandatory.
  3. Get scheduled for your fitness assessment. 
    A FitWell representative will contact you to schedule this appointment.
  4. Get started with your trainer. 
    A trainer will contact you to schedule your sessions. While we do our best to match you with your first or second choice trainer, we cannot guarantee specific assignments. To increase the likelihood of working
    with your preferred trainer, please keep your availability as open and flexible as possible.
  5. Purchase more sessions if necessary.
    If you would like to continue after your current training package runs out, simply purchase more sessions through the FitWell or Welcome Desks.

Please Note: A fitness assessment is a necessary component and must be completed by all participants prior to beginning a program. Please schedule this assessment in the fitness suite prior to purchasing a personal training session. Sessions expire 12 months from date of purchase.
