Kiersten Troutman, M.A. is a professionally trained resume writer and member of the National Resume Writers’ Association (NRWA), an author, and business writing consultant for ��������. A recognized leader in the industry, Troutman consults and trains employee groups for corporations in professional business writing skills, including the art of writing persuasive emails and how to deliver “not-so-great” news. Additionally, she has presented trainings through the NRWA to business owners on how to set up client relationship management (CRM) systems that promote smooth business operations. Another training also focused on expanding one’s brand through online reviews and using local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with Google My Business. Troutman earned a Master of Arts in Composition and Rhetoric from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in English from ��������. She is an active contributor on the NRWA Ask-the-Experts Panel and was a featured speaker at the NRWA Conference in Seattle in 2018 where she also earned the NRWA Writing Excellence Award.
