Selective Service
Per Ohio Revised Code 3345.32, all Ohio resident male students who are 18 through 25, not registered with Selective Service must file a statement of Selective Service registration. If you have not already registered with Selective Service, and are required, use the link below to register. Failure to comply will result in the assessment of nonresident tuition fees to your account and the cancellation of all state based financial aid.

If you have received notification that you are not in compliance with this regulation, please complete the electronic Statement of Selective Service Registration Compliance form. If applicable, please attach a copy of your official Selective Service Registration Acknowledgement Letter that shows your registration number and the date of registration (LAST ACTION DATE) to this dynamic form. It is the student's responsibility to provide °µÍø½ûÇø with your documentation of Selective Service registration.

Please note that we are unable to retroactively change the selective service compliance status for previous terms, in cases where a student is non-compliant and did not submit the verification of registration during those terms.
