Tutoring and Foreign Language Tea-time and Coffee Hours
Foreign language tea-time and coffee hours provide students and other members of the university community with the opportunity to speak a variety of foreign languages with speakers at various levels. Students in basic language classes are welcome to join more advanced speakers to listen and chat with a cup of coffee and goodies.

Hours are held from week 3 through the end of classes. No hours during spring break or finals week.

Fall 2025 ASL (American sign language) Virtual tutoring will be held online weekdays from 4pm to 10 pm by appointment only – Email Kevin Youngblood, kyoungb2@kent.edu & cc Jessica Russell, jrusse33@kent.edu (excludes observed holidays & no class days).
There will be no Virtual ASL Tutoring October 14th, 2025 - October 30th, 2025.
