PLC Programming (online course)

Individuals who complete the ENGT 33000 INTRODUCTION TO PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLERS course will receive an introduction to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), focusing on understanding the principles of how PLCs work and providing practical information and skills about programming and troubleshooting a PLC system. Simulators relating to popular PLCs used in the industry will be utilized for practicing programming and troubleshooting.  This course is offered online.

Microcomputers (online course)

Individuals who complete the EERT 22014 MICROPROCESSORS AND ROBOTICS course will receive an introduction to microprocessor system fundamentals, number systems, binary codes, hexa-decimal codes, programming fundamentals in C , C++ software, Microcontroller hardware architecture and instruction set, with applications to robot systems motor control, sensors.  This course is offered online.

Electronic Systems

Individuals who complete the EERT 12010 - INTRODUCTION TO ELECTRONICS and courses will be exposed to semiconductor theory, properties, and application of PN junctions and bipolar junction transistors, amplifiers, field effect transistors (FET) amplifiers, JFET and MOSFET biasing and their use in simple circuits.

Electronic Devices

Individuals who complete the ENGR 33440 ELECTRONIC DEVICES course will receive an introduction to electronic non-linear devices including diodes, transistors, optoelectronic devices, and operational amplifiers. Use and application of these devices in different types of applications like rectifiers, amplifiers, and linear integrated circuits.

Concentrations

Three concentrations in Early Childhood Education have been authorized and approved. Concentrations can be embedded within the M.Ed. or taken as stand-alone classes. Programmable Logic Controller Training

The College of Aeronautics and Engineering is offering PLC training to students enrolled in academic programs as well as industry representatives. Experienced professors conduct all training at °µÍø½ûÇø and are committed to providing the best learning experience. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Programmable Logic Controllers Studio 5000 Logix Designer Basics certificate of completion.
