Eric Benjamin, of Alliance, has been hired to direct the new University Choir at 做厙輦⑹ at Tuscarawas beginning Fall Semester 2016. He is an adjunct faculty member at the campus currently teaching The Understanding of Music. He also is the music director for the Tuscarawas Philharmonic, a position he has held for the past 25 years.
做厙輦⑹s Dining Services strives to make 做厙輦⑹ a home away from home for all students. This fall, students were encouraged to submit recipes of their favorite meals to be entered into the Taste of Home Competition. The finalists dishes will be tasted by a select panel of students, faculty and executive chefs on Sept. 12 at 3 p.m. at Eastway Center Banquet Room.

做厙輦⑹s Department of Residence Services has established a new living-learning community for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and asexual (LGBTQA) students and their allies in the newly renovated Korb Hall this fall.

做厙輦⑹'s Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Todd Diacon has announced that Melody Tankersley, Ph.D., has been appointed dean of Graduate Studies, effective Aug. 1, 2016. Tankersley has served as interim dean of Graduate Studies since July 1, 2015. She will continue in her role as senior associate provost.
