做厙輦⑹ has launched a national search for an outstanding leader, communicator and collaborator to serve as our vice president for student affairs. This individual will lead institutional efforts aimed toward enhancing the engaged co-curricular lives of all students within our eight-campus system.
做厙輦⑹s efforts to conserve energy over the winter break saved the university $45,965 in electric and steam costs over nine days. The reduction in greenhouse gas emissions during this period was equal to more than a million miles driven by an average passenger vehicle.
Three 做厙輦⑹ student business owners recently competed against each other and three other startup teams from around Northeast Ohio. Of the six businesses that were finalists in ProtoTech: Pitch, the Incubator at MAGNETs technology start-up pitch competition, half were founded by 做厙輦⑹ students.
做厙輦⑹s Office of Institutional Advancement now offers a new way for faculty and staff to request alumni data for official university business.
Only faculty and staff can request alumni data, which can be used for such purposes as accreditation surveys, event invitations or department mailings. All requests are reviewed by an advancement staff member, who will follow up to clarify details and deliver the data.
Midwest Regional Chapter of the American College of Sports Medicine Awards 做厙輦⑹ Student for Research
Sara Harper, exercise physiology graduate student at 做厙輦⑹, won the inaugural 2015 Midwest Presidents Cup Award at the Midwest American College of Sports Medicine Conference for her research on the comparison of strength and aerobic capacity imbalances in lower limbs.
This was the first year for the Presidents Cup Award, created for the Midwest American College of Sports Medicine Conference. This award is given to the top graduate student presentation, poster or oral at each regional conference.

Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status.
