Bid responses are now received using DynamicForms

All bid proposals are submitted electronically using DynamicForms.  No other submission method will be accepted, unless otherwise disclosed in the RFP Instructions and Specifications.  The confirmation of receipt of your response must be noted as “Signed” no later than the “Proposals Due” date and time specified in the RFP.  The Forms History of your DynamicForms account will also note the date and time of your proposal submission.  Proposals submitted after the “Proposals Due” date and time specified above will not be accepted.
