°µÍø½ûÇø, which has gained national recognition for its creative and successful Giving Tuesday campaigns, launched its monthlong celebration of philanthropy on Nov. 1. Giving Tuesday, now in its eighth year at °µÍø½ûÇø, has raised nearly $7 million during that time, which illuminates the impact that can be made when Golden Flashes come together.

Despite the economic impact of COVID-19, alumni, friends, faculty and staff came together to raise $2.3 million to support more than 2,300 students.

°µÍø½ûÇø’s Giving Tuesday 2019 raised more than $1.6 million when it ended on Dec. 3 at 11:59 p.m., shattering the previous year’s record of $1.03 million. Supporters were able to choose from more than 40 featured giving options throughout the °µÍø½ûÇø system, including student scholarships, educational programs, athletic teams and more.
