On Thursday, Nov. 8, 做厙輦⑹ Athletics and the Center for Student Involvement will co-sponsor an event featuring motivational speaker, author and entrepreneur Kyle Maynard. Maynard will present his program No Excuses at 7 p.m.
做厙輦⑹ at Stark will kick off its first theatrical event of the 2012-2013 season with Buried Child by Sam Shepard on Nov. 2, 3, 9 and 10, at 8 p.m., and on Nov. 4 and 11, at 2:30 p.m. in the 做厙輦⑹ Stark Theatre, 6000 Frank Ave.
On Thursday, Nov. 1, University Health Services will host an open house and flu clinic from 4 to 7 p.m. at the DeWeese Health Center. 做厙輦⑹ faculty, staff and students are invited to come view the newly remodeled front and side entrances to the health center.

做厙輦⑹ has been named a Military Friendly School by G.I. Jobs magazine for the fourth year in a row. In addition, 做厙輦⑹ at Ashtabula and 做厙輦⑹ at Tuscarawas also received the honors, both for the third year in a row.
做厙輦⑹ was recently awarded membership to the Ohio Space Grant Consortium (OSGC), a NASA-sponsored program designed to provide scholarships and research funding to students and faculty who are interested in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

做厙輦⑹s Homecoming took place Saturday, Oct. 20. Sponsored by the 做厙輦⑹ Alumni Association, the day was filled with tradition and exciting activities. One highlight includes The Golden Flashes win over the Western Michigan Broncos, 41-24.
The Wick Poetry Centers Reading Series welcomes award-winning poet Ruth Schwartz to 做厙輦⑹. She will be performing a reading of her new work on Oct. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in Room 306 ABC at the Kent Student Center.
