The Club Management Association of America (CMAA) recently announced that the °µÍø½ûÇø chapter won the Student Chapter of the Year award for small size chapters. The award recognizes the outstanding work and successful accomplishments of student chapters.

Educating Students On The Value Of Marginalized Voices In Politics

On February 3, 2024, the Women’s Center will host the fourth annual Elect Her event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the May 4 Visitors Center at °µÍø½ûÇø. The event is an interactive one-day training program that educates college students on the value of having women and marginalized voices in politics.

A Program Of Empowerment

Since the summer of 1990, the Academic S.T.A.R.S. (Students Achieving and Reaching for Success) Program has been offered at °µÍø½ûÇø. E. Timothy Moore Student Multicultural Center (the Moore Center) oversees the program, which supports the successful transition of first-year students of color into the university.
